We aim to get your new cap delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, timeframes, and tracking information.
🚚 UK Delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail and Evri.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days — £2.99 or FREE on orders over £30.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £5.99.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
- We’ll email you once your order has shipped with tracking information (if applicable).
- During busy periods or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if available). If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help.
🚫 Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.
- Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be refunded (minus shipping costs).
